How To Merge Several Email Accounts?

Many simultaneous advancement in the internet technology, the internet world is offering us a variety of services dedicated to hosting email, in addition to free those benefits, has led to most users have more than one email account. Many companies have tried to monopolize the majority of their users, providing significant storage space for your mails received, contact synchronization with calendars, chat, video conferencing and others, coming together all these free services in a single simple email account.

Due to the ease with which we can get email accounts on sites such as Google, Yahoo!, MSN or another, certainly over the years we have accumulated different email accounts, which usually are used for different purposes.

Today, most users use an account to keep in touch with our friends and family, another to receive emails related to the workplace, and even it is not surprising that after a while we find that we have opened accounts for just checking in a forum or a community or receive newsletters related websites.

To check the mails received, if we use the traditional method, i.e. enter separately in each of the accounts we have, surely for this we must invest much of our time because we start and end of session in countless places. To avoid this, there are several techniques that allow us to unify e-mail, through which we can gather messages from our inboxes of different email accounts in one window.

One of the alternatives used by most users is the mail merge through an application dedicated to this function, i.e. through a mailer such as Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird and others of their same species. However, for this to be possible, we must bear in mind that mail services that we use must have POP access for both incoming mail server as outgoing mail. In that case, we will tell the account through the site that hosts it, we want to get our messages through the client program that is enabling POP access option.

Another alternative lies in indicating to each of mail services we use, that when we enter a new email forward a copy to a specific account. Thus, all messages received in the various accounts can be viewed in one mailbox. This option would be more orderly set up multiple email accounts in one service, so that this will allow us to receive all messages in a unified way.
